Adani Enterprises and Wilmar International may soon sell stake in Adani-Wilmar. Bloomberg has quoted sources as saying that the sale of stake may start from next month i.e. October to comply with shareholding regulations.
According to the report aDani may sell 13% minority stake in Wilmar. Based on the closing price on September 16, the valuation works out to be around $736 million.
Adani Group and Singapore’s Wilmar established Adani-Wilmar in 1999. Currently, the company has 23 plants in 10 states.
