‘The dream of train to Kashmir will be fulfilled’, said PM Modi in J&K election rally, attacked terrorism and nepotism

Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing an election rally in Doda, Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday said that train services to Kashmir will start soon. He said, ‘The railway line is almost complete. Services will start soon.

PM Modi said that ‘Any person living in Jammu and Kashmir, irrespective of his religion or class, BJP’s priority is to protect your every right. This is Modi’s guarantee.’

The Prime Minister said that BJP is going to create such a Jammu and Kashmir which will be terror free and a paradise for tourists. Terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir is now breathing its last.

Modi further said that ‘The change that has come in Jammu and Kashmir in the last 10 years is no less than a dream. The stones that were earlier raised to throw at the police and the army are now being used to build a new Jammu and Kashmir.’

‘Nepotism has hollowed out the state’

The Prime Minister also attacked nepotism during the rally. He said, ‘Together we will build a safe Jammu and Kashmir. This time the elections of Jammu and Kashmir will decide its fate. Nepotism in politics has hollowed out Jammu and Kashmir.’

The Prime Minister said, ‘The political parties you trusted did not care about your children. Those political parties only promoted their own children. My youth of Jammu and Kashmir kept suffering in terrorism. The parties promoting dynasty politics kept having fun by misleading you. These people never allowed new leadership to emerge in Jammu and Kashmir.’

Talking about dynasty politics, PM Modi further said, ‘These three families. One family is of Congress, one family is of National Conference and one family is of PDP. What these three families have done to you together is no less than a sin. These three families are responsible for ruining Jammu and Kashmir for years.’

He also assured to give full statehood status to Jammu and Kashmir. He said that this work will also be done by the BJP government.
